I think young people are so caught up wth speaking habits and crutch words, they don't realize what they are saying. It's not always about profanity. "On the ground", "clearly", "having said that", "awesome", multiple "like"s are some of the handicap words and phrases we hear too often.

I gagged the last time I ate their chicken. It was like eating a bucket of salt. A few years later, the franchise closed. It was pretty bad. Located in a busy area, other fast food restaurants have done well. This happened maybe ten years ago.
